Examination Day

with 4 comments

My last day of third year was officially April 8th, but unfortunately due to UofT’s brilliant exam planning–or my bad luck–my only two exams are today: May 5th almost one month after the last day of school. Now, for those who are studious or whatever, this may seem ideal, but for me it sucks. I procrastinate very badly, to the point of picking up a new obsession everytime I have a deadline (this year it was watching The Big Bang Theory). Furthermore, I update my blog(s) too frequently during this time, surf the net, check my emails, read the news, go out with friends…basically do anything but actually study. On top of that, I suck at multitasking, I like to focus on one thing until its done, and it usually means pulling an all nighter for the exam or assignment due the next day.

Now I’m here, in the eye of the storm between exam #1 (at 9:00) and exam #2 (at 7:00). What am I doing? Updating my blog, reading the news and playing crosswords online. Well, I guess actions speak louder than words.

  1. Come out and play tomorrow night! I think a bunch of friends are going out. I’ll talk to you later about it if you want. As for not studying when you should, it’s okay. At least you’re not blog-reading instead of working! loll
